Orleans Flavor Peanuts

Wash the peanuts with water and stir fry on low heat

When peanuts are about to ripen, add a small amount of water in a small pot, add sugar and boil to make syrup

Pour the fried peanuts into the syrup, add a spoonful of Orleans barbecue seasoning at the same time, stir quickly with a spoon

It starts with a big pile, turn off the heat and keep stirring. As the temperature drops, the peanuts will disperse, and the syrup hung on the peanuts will turn into frosting. Pour it into the plate and let it cool.

Tips:
1. When frying peanuts, stir fry from time to time to avoid peanut paste pan.
2. Pour the peanuts and seasonings into the syrup, turn off the heat and stir immediately, otherwise it will be twisted into a big lump and cannot be made into a single grain.
3. If the taste is heavy, you can add more seasoning if you like spicy, or change to other flavors.
