My son loves to eat grilled wings.
The taste of Orleans is especially love, but this time I added a little vanilla and auxiliary materials.
Make the grilled wings taste better and richer.
Thanks to the addition of small tomatoes, the roasted wing roots are particularly tender

Orleans Herb Roasted Wing Root

1. Use a knife on the root of the wing to make a few slices to make it easy to marinate and taste

2. Prepare COOK100 Orleans marinade and a little vanilla (a little bit is good, too much will enhance the taste of the meat)

3. Peel the garlic, wash the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces, and cut the onion into small pieces.

4. Add the marinade, a little red wine, and light soy sauce together and marinate for a good taste (I put it in the refrigerator and marinate)

5. Take out the marinated wing roots

6. Put the auxiliary materials and wing roots on the non-stick baking pan, and pour the marinated juices together (leave a little brush)

7. Put it directly into the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes (you can turn over and brush the marinade in the middle)

Tips:

Small reminder vanilla has a strong flavor, not too easy
