Osmanthus Bitter Gourd and Red Date Roll

Prepare bitter gourd, red dates and osmanthus sauce

Wash the bitter gourd, drain it, and cut into segments equal to the length of the red dates

Use a spoon to dig out the core and seeds in the middle of the bitter gourd

Core the red dates

Then roll the red dates meat together

Add water to the boiling pot, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium heat, add the bitter gourd section, and blanch for 1 minute until it matures

Put the blanched bitter gourd in cold water

Stuff the rolled red dates into the bitter gourd section

Cut into slices

Put it on the plate and just drizzle with osmanthus sauce
Tips:
After blanching bitter gourd, the bitterness will be greatly reduced, but the blanching time should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the taste.
