Osmanthus Cake

Cut the gelatine and soak it in ice water to soften it.

Add hot water, gelatine and sweet-scented osmanthus to a bowl and stir well.

Pour in cold water and stir well, let cool for later use.

Boil the milk and coconut milk until warm, add gelatin and fine sugar to melt.

Take a glass container, put an appropriate amount of coconut milk liquid, and freeze it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to solidify.

Then slowly pour the sweet-scented osmanthus liquid and continue to freeze for about 10 minutes to solidify.

Take out the refrigerated osmanthus coconut milk cake and cover the container wall with a hot towel.

Cover the surface of the container with a flat chopping board, turn it over, and buckle out the osmanthus coconut milk cake.
