Summer is the time to eat cold noodles. If you have a bad appetite, let's have a bowl of cold noodles.

Seasonal Vegetable Noodles

1. Put the noodles and water into the noodle machine, prepare the seasoning while the noodle machine is working

2. Shred the cabbage over boiling water

3. Shred cucumber and red pepper separately

4. Add peanut butter with cold boiling water and mix well, add 5ml vinegar, a few drops of sesame oil and garlic paste and mix well

5. Boiled noodles

6. Put the cooked noodles in cold boiling water, add olive oil and mix well to prevent adhesion

7. Put red cabbage, cucumber and red pepper in cold noodles
