Osmanthus Fermented Meatballs

Prepare the materials.

Add glutinous rice flour to a moderate amount of warm water to form a dough with moderate hardness and let it stand for about 10 minutes.

Roll into balls.

Pour into boiling water pot.

After cooking until the balls float, add a small bowl of cold water and cook again until they float.

Stir in the fermented rice and cook for about 1 minute.

Put it into a bowl.
8.
When the balls are warmed, add the sweet osmanthus to finish.
Tips:
1. When cooking the balls, add some cold water in the middle.
2. Because there is honey, the homemade sweet osmanthus can only be added when the balls are not hot.
