Osmanthus Ice Powder

Add boiled water to the saffron bubble for coloring (if you don’t have saffron, you can use other colorable and non-flavorable drinks instead, just use plain water if you want to make it transparent)

Filter out saffron

After the saffron water is boiled, turn off the heat, pour in the ice powder and stir evenly until the powder is completely melted

Pour in the osmanthus sauce (you can use sweet-scented osmanthus to add sugar)

Stir well

Pour it into the mold while it's hot

After being completely cooled and solidified, it can be loaded into the plate
