Osmanthus Pudding

First, boil the fresh milk and sugar to about 55°C.

Add eggs one by one and mix well.

Pass the water and egg liquid through a fine sieve.

Remove the foam on it.

100 grams of white sugar is boiled with a small amount of water to make caramelized water.

Pour the caramelized water into the bottom of the teacup.

Pour the water egg liquid into the cup, put it in the baking pan, add 80°C-90°C hot water to the baking pan, bake in water for 40-50 minutes, the oven temperature is 150°C.

After baking, buckle back on the plate, and pour the boiled sweet-scented osmanthus syrup on it. It is fragrant and smooth.
