Osmanthus Sauce and Bean Paste Dumplings

Roll the red bean paste into small balls and set aside.

Add water slowly to the glutinous rice flour several times and stir gently with chopsticks.

Continue to stir to form a dry and wet state.

Knead it into a dough and let it sit for a while.

Take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice dough, knead and flatten it to form a glutinous rice ball.

Put red bean paste filling in the middle of the glutinous rice dough.

Use the glutinous rice noodles to push up to the middle to cover the filling.

Close the mouth tightly, rub round and shape.

Do all this well, and freeze them in the refrigerator temporarily if you can't finish them.

Add water to the pot, boil, add glutinous rice balls, and cook.
