Osmanthus Tea Jelly

Soak the agar in clean water for later use; brew the dried osmanthus with boiling water, then add sugar, preferably cover it with a lid and simmer for a while; remove the soaked agar from the water and drain the water

Put the dried agar and the sweet-scented osmanthus tea brewed with boiling water into the pot and cook until the agar melts. Stir while cooking to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot; after cooking, pour it into a container and chill in the refrigerator until it solidifies into osmanthus jelly. Just cut into pieces when eating
