Honey Fruit Tea

Prepare ingredients: strawberry, kumquat, lemon, apple, honey, osmanthus tea bag;

Wash strawberries, remove stalks, and cut into pieces; wash kumquats and cut into pieces; slice lemons, large lemons can be sliced in half; peel, core, and cut apples; all fruits are ready;

Put the cut fruits and sweet-scented osmanthus tea bags into the pot;

Add 85° hot water and cover for 10 minutes;

Add honey to the water temperature around 35° and mix well.
6.
This is the honey fruit tea that is well-preserved in spring.
Tips:
1. Strawberry rice washing water can decontaminate and remove pesticides well;
2. Apples are easy to oxidize and turn yellow, so cut the apples last;
3. Fruit tea does not need to be too high temperature;
4. Honey should not be added at high temperature too early, just add it before drinking.
