Oven Version Donuts

The raw materials are ready.

Mix the ingredients except coconut oil together to form a dough.

Coconut oil melts through water (coconut oil solidifies below 24 degrees)

Add coconut oil to the dough and knead well.

Fermented to 2 times the size.

Exhaust and let stand for 15 minutes.

Roll into dough pieces.

Use the donut mold to make donuts.

Place it in a baking tray lined with tin foil and continue to ferment. To save space, I flattened the doughnuts.

Continue to ferment to double the size, spray some water on the surface.

Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Put a dish of water at the bottom of the oven to prevent the donuts from cracking.
