There are very few dumplings in my life. First of all, there is no special dumpling flour. The dumplings made are so hard. Because of this, our family should buy the noodles when they really want to eat dumplings, or buy the current ones. This time I was fortunate enough to get Xiangxue flour to try, and there was also a special dumpling flour, so I quickly tried it.

5. Add ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, thirteen incense, and salt to the minced meat and stir well.

7. Divide the awake dough into equal portions.

You can add an appropriate amount of salt to the flour before and. I heard that the dumplings cooked in this way are tough.
