Oxtail Carrot Claypot

1. Put the purchased oxtail in a pot with water, pepper, grass fruit, fennel, ginger and boil for 3 minutes, turn off the heat and soak for half an hour, then wash.

2. Put the oxtail into a frying pan and fry on both sides.
