Oxtail in Red Wine

Cut the onions, carrots, and tomatoes into small pieces.

Wash the oxtail and wipe off the surface moisture. Add salt and black pepper to marinate for 5 minutes. Put olive oil in the pan and fry until golden on both sides. Take out for later use.

Put a little olive oil in the pot, add onions, carrots, and tomatoes and stir fry.
4.
Add the fried oxtail, pour in the red wine, and simmer until crispy. Sprinkle rosemary on top of the pan.
