Oxtail Soup

1. Wash the oxtail, soak it in clean water for a period of time, soak it in bleeding water.

2. Boil the oxtails in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes, then pick them up and wash them.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the casserole, add oxtail, ginger slices, and dried chilies to a stew. Don't forget to pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

4. Turn to low heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours.

5. Finally, add pepper and salt to taste, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
