Oxtail Soup

The oxtail was chopped into 3 cm segments and then divided into two,

Mushrooms are ready

Add a few star anises to the oxtail, put it in cold water and boil, remove and wash

Shred the onion

Stir fragrant in the frying pan, add boiling water, add oxtail and ginger sliced cooking wine, bring to a boil and simmer slowly

Because I can’t finish a meal, I divided it into two portions and poured them into a casserole. One pot was filled with mushrooms and kept simmering until the meat was separated from the bones. Then I put a proper amount of salt and sprinkled with coriander.

Do not add salt to this portion. The next day, after boiling, add tomatoes and potatoes to a stew and add appropriate amount of salt. Two nutritious soups with different flavors are ready
