Oxtail Stewed Radish

For the New Year, I bought a whole oxtail, which is more than 6 kilograms. These are almost 1/3 of the amount. Clean it up.

Ox tail bones under cool water.

After the water is boiled, boil it for about two minutes to fully remove the blood foam.

After blanching the oxtail, wash the surface foam with warm water, put it in a casserole, add the shallots, ginger slices, pepper, and cooking wine. Bring to a medium heat and turn to the lowest heat.

It was simmered until the oxtail was cooked. I simmered it for about 2 hours.

Wash the green radish and cut into pieces.

Put directly into the oxtail soup, turn to medium heat and bring to a boil, then turn to the lowest heat.

Season with salt, continue to simmer for about 15 minutes, simmer until the radishes are cooked through.
9.
Add some coriander before eating, it tastes better.
