Oxtail Yam Soup

Add water, cooking wine, ginger slices to the pot, add oxtail to blanch water

After the pot is boiled, remove the foam and blanch for 10 minutes.

Sit in another casserole, add water to a boil, add blanched oxtail, add ginger and onion, simmer for 2 hours

Then add carrots for 20 minutes, then add yam for 10 minutes, add 10 grams of salt to taste. Turn off the heat to complete.

Tips:
When braising the oxtail, add boiling water to the right amount when you need to add water.
