Oyster Egg

Choose fresh and plump sea oysters

Beat three eggs
3.
Prepare ginger and green onions, and chop them into finely divided
4.
Boil the water and blanch the oysters for a few seconds

Remove the oysters and drain the water
6.
Pour the drained sea oysters into the egg mixture, add minced ginger and chopped green onions, add salt, pepper and chicken essence

Put some oil in the pot, heat it for a while, then pour in the sea oyster egg liquid

Sprinkle some chopped green onion

Fry it until both sides are browned
