This is the first time I found oysters here. The shelled and washed oysters are more expensive. The ones with water cost more than 30 yuan. We weighed a spoonful, which was more than half a catty. I added them to my mother-in-law’s house. With the grass eggs, the breakfast cost is really high.

Oyster Omelette

1. Boil the oysters in hot water and drain the water

2. Chopped chives

3. Onion also chopped

4. Beat an egg into the basin

5. Then add the right amount of flour, chicken essence, and salt

6. Add appropriate amount of cold water

7. Use a whisk to make a particle-free batter

8. Add onions and chives

9. Add oysters
