Oyster Sauce Artemisia Stalk

Wash the stems of wormwood, cut into sections, and separate the stems and leaves. Finely chop garlic.

Pour oil in the pan, add chopped garlic and saute until fragrant.

Put the stick part first, stir-fry for 1 minute and then put the leaf part.

Stir-fry several times, add two spoons of oyster sauce, and stir well.
