Oyster Sauce Wheat

1. Prepare the materials

2. Separate the leaves and stems of the oily wheat, chopped garlic, adjust the water starch, 2 spoons of starch, 6 spoons of water

3. After the water is boiled, put a few drops of cooking oil, put the oily wheat stalks in and cook for two minutes, then put the oily wheat leaves to cook
