Oyster Stewed Tofu

When buying oysters, ask the boss to help pry the meat out, or take it home and brush it clean and boil it with boiling water to peel the meat out

When the ingredients are ready, sauté the scallions, ginger, garlic and chili in a frying pan, add the oysters and stir fry a few times, add appropriate amount of water, add tofu, salt

Simmer for about 5 minutes, the tofu will be out of the pot
