Slice the radish.

Soak the shredded radish in clean water for 3-5 minutes, then remove the excess water to control it dry.

Put a large amount of salt in a container and stir by hand for about two minutes to let it taste.

Remove and wring out the water.

Put an appropriate amount of water and white vinegar (a small amount of white vinegar) into the container. This step is to remove the bitter water from the radish.

Wring out the shredded radish from the filtered water, add the shredded green onion, coriander, garlic mash, pepper oil, island fragrant rice vinegar, very fresh, MSG, and salt and stir well.
