Pan-fried Baby Potatoes
1.
Wash the small potatoes and steam them in a steamer
2.
Peeled steamed potatoes
3.
Heat the pan, spread a layer of oil, and add the steamed and peeled potatoes
4.
Flatten with a spatula and fry until golden
5.
Fry one side and turn it over
6.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of barbecue ingredients, fry again, and out of the pan
7.
The fried potatoes can be eaten directly or with tomato sauce
