Pan Fried Bun

There are six steamed buns. I have ready-made steamed buns. You can also make your own steamed buns.

Wash the pot and wipe dry the water, add a little cooking oil, and put on the buns.

Start frying on medium and low heat, and fry until the bottom of the bun is slightly yellow. Add a small bowl of water to cover half of the bun.

Sprinkle some black sesame seeds on the buns and fry them over medium heat.

When the water is dry, open the lid, turn low heat and fry until the bottom of the bun is golden brown, sprinkle with a little green onion, and then it can be out of the pan.

Savoury steamed buns.

Served with milk to make a beautiful breakfast!
