Omelette
1.
Prepare the ingredients you need, 2 eggs, 2 small chives, 4 steamed buns, two more are ok, new leftovers are fine, I use leftover steamed buns, no one will eat them It's a bit hard. I used them to make egg-carrying buns and robbed them as soon as they were on the table.
2.
Heat up a non-stick pan or electric baking pan, pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil, first put the buns in the pan, cover the lid, and fry slowly over a low fire. Don't make the fire too big, be careful that the bottom of the bun is fried.
3.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of salt, beat and stir well and set aside.
4.
Open the lid, look at the bottom of the buns, and fry them until they are golden brown and crispy. This color looks golden and golden, very appetizing, right?
5.
Alright, now pour the beaten egg mixture into the pan, let the egg mixture wrap the fried buns, turn on the lowest heat, and slowly fry the buns. If the egg liquid is too thick, you can use a chopstick to poke a few holes in the egg liquid to increase air permeability and cook faster.
6.
When frying the steamed buns, we wash the 2 small chives and cut them into small chives.
7.
Now let’s take a look at the steamed buns. Open the lid and see that the egg mixture is almost solidified. Lift the pot and shake it. It can easily shake, indicating that the egg mixture at the bottom is already cooked. Use chopsticks to check that the steamed buns are already hot. That's it, now you can sprinkle the chopped chives on the small rings, and then sprinkle an appropriate amount of cooked black sesame seeds after the pan. The color is beautiful and delicious.
8.
Nobody eats the leftover buns. Add an egg to do so, and transform into a delicious breakfast. The family doesn’t have enough!
