Pan-fried Duck Breast with Shacha Sauce

Wash the duck breast and cut flowers with an oblique knife.

Add lemon juice and starch to mix evenly.
3.
Add two spoons of Shacha sauce and spread evenly.
4.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes and take out for later use.
5.
Heat oil in a frying pan, saute garlic and millet pepper.
6.
Fry the marinated duck breast over medium heat for 5 minutes.
7.
Turn over and fry.
8.
Fry them and place them in a container lined with lettuce.
Tips:
A very simple light dish. The lemon juice and starch wrapper can keep the meat fresh and tender. If there is no lemon juice, a small amount of white wine can be substituted, but the taste is slightly worse than lemon juice.
