Passion Fruit Honey Duck Breast Salad

The frozen duck breasts I bought should be put in the refrigerator to thaw naturally or soaked in clean water before thawing. After thawing, use kitchen paper towels to absorb the moisture on the surface of the duck breasts.

Sprinkle a little salt and white pepper on the surface of the duck breast, and marinate for about 10 minutes on all sides.

To make passion fruit and honey juice, mix fresh passion fruit and honey at a ratio of about 2:1, stir well and put in the refrigerator for later use.

I used the candied orange peel shreds that I have marinated before, mixed with sugar and orange peel. This is for garnish, or it can be garnished with fresh orange peel shreds.

Put the non-stick wok on the electric ceramic stove and start to heat up on medium and low heat. When the wok is hot enough, put the duck breast and duck skin down in the non-stick wok for frying.

After frying for about 1 minute, turn the duck breast over with a silicone spatula and continue frying.

In order to prevent the skin from getting too dark, you can turn it over and fry it several times during the frying process. This duck breast is fried for about 5-10 minutes. Adjust the time and fire power depending on the time. Take out the fried duck breast carefully and put it on the plate Let cool slightly.

When the duck breast is cool, prepare to clean and shred the lettuce a little bit. The small tomatoes can be cut in half and placed on a plate.

Tips:
1. Duck breasts are more oily. Take care to prevent scalding when frying. You can add a lid for frying.
2. Salt and seasoning can be adjusted appropriately according to personal taste. If you don't have passion fruit, you can replace it with orange juice.
