Pan-fried Dumplings Stuffed with Lard Residue

Stir stuffing, mince oil residue, lettuce, and minced chives. Put some salt, soy sauce and chicken essence in a bowl.

Mix well and set aside

Take an appropriate amount of flour and add water to the noodles, then knead evenly, rub the strips, and cut into equal portions. Roll into dough.
