Pan-fried Flat Fish

Prepare materials. Wash fresh flat fish, use a knife to make two knives on the back of the fish, control the water for 10 minutes, the dried fish is easy to fry a beautiful golden yellow, take an appropriate amount of moss strips and cut into inch sections for use

Tips:
The key to this dish is that the fish should be fried beautifully. Wiping the fish dry and rubbing the pan with fresh ginger before frying can prevent the skin from sticking to the pan.
