Fish Stew in Casserole

Wash the flat fish, clean and cut into pieces, add ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes

Hot oil in a casserole, sauté ginger and garlic, add onion and stir-fry evenly

Spread the fish pieces evenly on the pan with chopped peppers
