Steamed Flat Fish with Tempeh Spicy Sauce

Tips:
1. Flat fish is easier to cook, so don't steam it for too long.
2. When buying fish, please roughly estimate the diameter of the pot. If you make other relatively large fish, such as grass carp, carp, etc., cut into small pieces if you can't fit it. If there are more fish, increase the steaming time by 1, 2 minutes.
