Pan-fried (fried) Octopus
1.
Wash the hairtail and cut into small pieces;

Marinate the octopus with green onion, ginger and garlic
3.
Then add pepper and cooking wine
4.
Add salt and stir
5.
Let stand for more than two hours in the refrigerator

Stir the batter evenly
7.
Beat an egg into the batter
8.
Pour the oil from the pot
9.
When the oil is 50% hot, add the hairtail
10.
Fry over low heat
11.
Fry on low heat until golden on one side, turn it over
12.
Fry on both sides until the surface is golden and ready to be out of the pan
Tips:
1. When the octopus is marinated, let it stand for more than two hours to taste;
2. When frying, use a small fire to avoid being too hot and not being cooked inside.
