Pan-fried Octopus

Clean the hairtail, add some salt, cooking wine, and ginger to marinate for about an hour.

Pour the marinated water from the marinated octopus and blot it dry with absorbent paper.

Heat the cake at the electric cake level, add an appropriate amount of rice oil, and spread evenly with a brush.

Arrange the hairtail in the electric cake stall.

Cover the lid and fry on medium-low heat for ten minutes.
6.
Prepare salt and pepper (between frying fish).
7.
The chopped green onion is ready.

Fry until golden brown on both sides.

Just sprinkle with salt and pepper and chopped green onion (too fragrant!).

Tips:
When the octopus is fried in the pan, fry it over medium-low heat for about ten minutes, then turn it over and fry it!
