Pan-fried Octopus

When the hairtail is bought, the vegetable farm will handle the cutting and rinse it directly when it comes back.

Rub the octopus on both sides with salt and marinate with white pepper for half an hour.
3.
The marinated hairtail is coated with starch on both sides.
4.
Fry in a frying pan over medium-low heat until both sides are browned.
5.
Drain the oil and remove it.
