Pan-fried Octopus

Wash the octopus with a flower knife on both sides, add salt, cooking wine, white onion, and ginger, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Remove the scallion and ginger from the marinated octopus, and absorb the moisture with absorbent paper for later use.

Pat evenly with flour on both sides of the hairtail and set aside.

Leave the oil at the bottom of the pan to heat up and then put in the powdered octopus for frying.
5.
When frying, stir more and fry until golden brown and remove.
6.
Sprinkle pepper, cumin powder, chili powder, minced red pepper, chives and white sesame seeds evenly on both sides of the octopus. Serve.
