Pan-fried Octopus

Thaw the hairtail in advance.

Remove the internal organs, cut off the head and tail, and wash.

Cut the hairtail into long pieces of appropriate size, sprinkle with salt and marinate for a while.

Pour the right amount of flour into the small plate.

Coat the marinated hairtail with flour.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the hairtail when 60% hot, and fry on medium heat.

Turn over when the bottom surface is colored, and continue to fry the other side. The fish is cooked when both sides are fried until golden brown.
