Pan-fried Octopus

Use a steel wire ball to remove the silver scales of the cuticle, remove the head and tail, cut off the dorsal fin, first cut into about 7 cm sections, and then remove the internal organs and wash.

Put the octopus in a large bowl, sprinkle with salt and cooking wine and marinate for 2 hours.

Put the oil in a hot pan to heat up, add the octopus and fry it.
4.
Fry the octopus until golden brown on both sides, remove and drain the oil.
