Pan-fried Octopus
1.
Wash the hairtail section and set aside
2.
Put 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, chopped green onion and ginger in the octopus, pickle for about 10 minutes, add a little flour to coat

Fry the octopus

Fry on medium and small heat until the hairtail turns yellow, remove the oil and serve

Serve with pan-fried octopus
Tips:
1. The fried octopus can not be put directly into the pan. It must be marinated and then coated with flour. The flour is used to keep the octopus from breaking and to lock the moisture. It is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
2. The iron pan must first heat the pan, pour the oil, and then fry, so that the pan will not stick.
