Hairtail is a kind of marine fish that we often eat. The surface of the fish has a silver gray color without scales. It is best not to remove the silver powder on the surface, which is very beneficial to the body.

Pan-fried Octopus

1. Wash the hairtail section and set aside

2. Put 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, chopped green onion and ginger in the octopus, pickle for about 10 minutes, add a little flour to coat

3. Fry the octopus

4. Fry on medium and small heat until the hairtail turns yellow, remove the oil and serve

5. Serve with pan-fried octopus

Tips:

1. The fried octopus can not be put directly into the pan. It must be marinated and then coated with flour. The flour is used to keep the octopus from breaking and to lock the moisture. It is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

2. The iron pan must first heat the pan, pour the oil, and then fry, so that the pan will not stick.
