Braised Octopus

Add scallions, garlic cloves, dried red peppers and saute, and seasonings such as sugar, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and stir fry.

Wash the hairtail section, add cooking wine, pepper and a little salt, grab well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
