Recently, the refrigerator at home has been occupied by hairtail~~~
Every time my husband opened the freezer layer of the refrigerator, he would say: "Hurry up and make the hairtail"~~~
So these days, I have been changing the method of making hairtail~~~~~
This time I made fried octopus, deep-fried and crispy, and then coated with a layer of fried Pixian bean paste~~~ It tastes dry and fragrant. It is delicious for snacks and snacks.

Pan-fried Octopus

1. After the hairtail is cleaned, wash, cut, wipe with proper amount of cooking wine and salt, and marinate for a while;

2. Wash the onion, ginger and garlic, and process them into sliced onion, garlic cloves, and ginger;

3. Marinate the octopus, wipe off the water and coat with flour;

4. Put the pot on the fire, after heating, pour some vegetable oil to heat; add the octopus and fry it until slightly yellow; you don’t need to put so much oil, half-fried and half-fried;

5. Remove the fried hairtail or push it to the other end of the pot. Heat oil in the bottom of the pot, add Pixian bean paste and stir fry until fragrant;

6. Add dried chili, pepper, green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance;

7. Put the fried octopus in and stir-fry evenly;

8. Add an appropriate amount of sugar, turn off the heat, and start the pot.
