How to eat rice in a tricky way. Beat the steamed rice into an egg and add some smashed vegetables, season it with salt, and fry it. It tastes much better than fried rice. My child likes it very much. I made this egg pan-fried rice cake, the rice is rich and delicious.

Pan-fried Rice Cracker with Egg

1. Rice, carrots, and eggs are ready

2. Pour the polished rice into a rice cooker, wash it, and then add water to steam it.

3. Take a part of the steamed rice, put it in a basin, add chopped carrots, chives, salt, and then beat in 2 eggs

4. Stir well with chopsticks.

5. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, then put the rice in the pan and spread it out into a round cake.

6. Fry until golden and cooked on both sides.
