Pan Fried Sardines

Scrap the scales of the sardines, remove the fish gills and internal organs, and clean them. The clean sardines are marinated with salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, and white pepper for 30 minutes. In order to make the fish more delicious, stir it a few times during the period.
