Pan-fried Sea Bream

Wash the sea bream fillets, put on salt and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes, and wipe dry with kitchen paper towels.

Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the ginger until fragrant. Add the fish fillets and fry until golden on both sides, sprinkle with pepper.
