Pan-fried Small River Prawns

Small river prawns that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside are excellent when eaten dry with wine

Wash the small river prawns and control the water, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, and stir evenly with salt. Marinate for more than 20 minutes. If you are not in a hurry, you can marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Add appropriate amount of dry powder to the marinated small river prawns and stir evenly. Do not use too much dry powder. Each river prawn can be dipped in flour.
