Pan Fried Small Yellow Croaker
1.
The small yellow croaker is cleaned and drained after the internal organs are removed. The fish is cut with a knife on both sides, and the inside and outside of the fish are covered with salt and marinated for more than half an hour (the ratio of fish to salt is about 100 grams of fish with 2 grams of salt)
2.
Add black pepper, cumin powder and salt and pepper to the starch and mix well (if you like spicy, you can add chili powder)
3.
Starch on the front and back of the fish
4.
Shake off the excess starch and put it in a hot oil pan. Fry on a low fire until golden on both sides (be sure to fry on a low fire to ensure that it is thoroughly fried and not burnt. After the pan is out, you can use kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil, so that it is more health)
