Pan Fried Small Yellow Croaker
1.
Remove the scales and internal organs of the small yellow croaker, mince the garlic and ginger, wash and cut the coriander into sections.
2.
The little yellow croaker uses a kitchen paper towel to absorb the water, and spread a layer of dry flour on the front and back.
3.
Heat the pot, pour in a proper amount of oil, heat the oil to a low heat, and fry the small yellow croaker on the front and back sides.
4.
After frying the small yellow croaker in turn, remove the small yellow croaker, turn off the heat and pour out the remaining oil in the pot.
5.
Put the small yellow croaker in the pot again, turn on the heat, and sprinkle with minced ginger and garlic.
6.
Pour light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, and salt into it, and turn the pan to make the yellow croaker evenly stick the juice on the surface.
7.
Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil.
8.
When the juice is about to be harvested, add chicken essence.
9.
Just sprinkle with coriander.
