Pan-fried Steak

Choose a steak (I bought a family steak from Metro), add oil to the steak, and fry on both sides

Fry until browned

Blanch the broccoli with hot water to make the color brighter. The carrot slices are buckled with a mold and placed on a plate.
Tips:
Steak must be selected well to taste good
